This is something I made for my own collection.      I cycled to work and noticed that a door to a public loo had been almost destroyed by hooligans.    The broken bits were  not taken away for a week, so I tidied up, and took the decent wood home.     These became the basis for the umbrella tree.    At a night school class, I had access to a lathe, so could turn the basic outside and inner shapes.     I then gouged and ground the shapes of the cloth.    The work is top heavy so the base is weighted with lead
